First thing you need is a product that will help you with volume. I suggest trying Aquage uplifting foam.Apply this to your root area before blow drying the hair.Then when you blow dry,start with the root area. You can do this by starting with your head upside down, or you can put your hair between your fingers at the root area and pull straight up from the head as you blow dry.Always follow your palm with the blow dryer when you do this. Unfortunately there is not anything you can do about the thickness..maybe go to your your gp and ask about vitamin supplements that will help,as for volume,get professional products that contain protein,protein hardens hair,making it feel stiffer at the root therefore making it look thicker,ask at your nee rest PROFESSIONAL hairdresser eg.
