In my experience as a stylist, I'm guessing what you are calling medium length is between shoulder and bra strap length hair. I suggest blunting off the ends, cut in face framing layers with light texture %26lt;razor works great for this%26gt; root lifting styling products and a LARGE hot air brush for styling it out from "barely damp" to dry.

Most importantly, get some color work done. You will be amazed by how deepening your base color and adding a few highlights in the top can make your hair look thicker and fuller all over.

it depends on how good you are at styling hair already, i personally love to put a french plait along the side starting at the very front of your hair and jus going back and down until you reach your ear then tie it behind your ear. it looks lovely if you leave the rest of your hair loose or in a side ponytail!
