I have fine, thin hair so I can identify.
A slightly below chin length layered "bob" would look great on you. A "bob' is a stylish, perky yet classic cut similar to a p"age-boy but more up-to-date.

i'd get layers cut with a razor, instead of scissors, and maybe add side swept bangs.
