I had a stressful time in my life about 6 months ago, and due to the stress i lost alot of hair :( Anyway, now im trying to restore it... i started taking multi-vitamins, and using a hair regrowth product. But nothing is working,.. i use certain hair masks, etc. it all seems helpless,..! what should i do. ? is there a great solution out there that actually works? HELP!

Try a differnt hairstyle everyday. This will make it to wear it won't break because of the same pressure on it.
