When you go and get your haircut ask them to think your hair out. Thats what i have to do. Just with short hair be careful becasue as the hair that you thined out grows back youll need to get it done again to keep your hairstyle that way.

keep your hair short .. you can do a lot with short hair and its a lot of fun!

as for it being thick, you could get layers but they will cause your hair to curl up.

talk to your hairdresser about getting it thinned out, and what hairstyles you can do with your hair.

Have your stylist pin up the top layer of your hair first. Then about halfway down your hair (on the under layers) have your stylist use thinning shears (shears with tiny teeth in them) to thin out the rest. Make sure she doesn't go too short or else you will have hairs sticking straight out all over the place.
