Right now my hair is just like TMT steel bars. I fade up using shampoos. Its becoming harder and harder day by day.. Please give some suggestions to make my hair more soft and smooth.

Never use shampoo daily! It can cause split ends! If you want to use it then once in a week is fine. Put oil in your hair and keep it for atleast one hour. Then wash it off. Your hair will be awesome in no time!
