oh dont worry! its normal for some women to have hair above their lips, i do! dont shave wat ever u do as it will grow back as stubble. u can either bleach it , which i do and it works fine, or you can get it waxed which isnt my preferred option for no reason at all, i just feel it might grow back stubbly! other than that im sure other people dont even notice it. we notice little things about ourselves all the time and other people will never see it no matter how close! u have t look for the thing to see it! dont worry its perfectly normal!

bleach, wax, pluck, dermabrassion, electrolysis. You may have something wrong with your hormones, or it may just run in the family. Don't be scared.A lot of women have this issue when they reach their early to mid twenties.

Don't worry, there is loads of us out there that have this problem. don't pluck it and definitely don't shave it, but you can buy waxing strips from your local chemist and wax it off, or even if you can afford you can have laser hair treatment done, you have a few sessions and the hair can disappear for a few years, smoking doesn't cause this its just how you are, it nothing to worry about. If you a in the UK go to superdrug and there is something called wax away wand which is similar to the spot stick you can get, just use the thin applicator to apply the wax and then use the paper strips to pull it off, follow the instructions, its a piece of cake

Don't panic, many ladies get a little facial hair mainly due to hormonal problems. Do NOT shave or pluck, this will only increase the problem causing the hairs to grow back courser, thicker and possible darker. Are you on the contraceptive pill? Many pills can cause facial hair and this should subside after coming off them. 1 in 10 women within there child bearing years will get (PCOS) polycystic ovarian sydrome, affecting hormone levels and one of the side effects is superflous hair. If the problem is bad or gets worse go and see your doctor. For treatment of the hair you could bleach the hair or if you want it removed, I would recommend electrolysis or laser hair removal. Stress, medications, menopause, pregnancy, shaving, rubbing, UV light can all be factors which affect hair growth. I would advise treating the hair growth while it's there and not worrying about when its gone.

It is not abnormal for a woman to have some facial hair, especially on the upper lip. However, if it is really thick or widespread it could be a hormonal disorder. I would not worry about it as you say it is "thin". Right, wax it off...no biggie or just leave it alone. There are all ranges of what is normal. Just because a woman has some facial hair does not mean she is less feminine. It is our culture that dictates being hairless is desirable.
