Hey, I have medium-longish hair thats like really thick and coarse/frizzy as well as wavy. It never will lay even close to flat unless I wear a hat for like 8 hours, which im getting tired of doing. Is there a way I can get it cut or thinned out a certain way so that it lays flat, and has the same shape as it does when it's wet (which i think looks a lot better and cooler)?

well go to whatever the place is you get your hair cut...you could get your hair cut extremely short...or you could just ask them to thin it for you

1.get a short haircut
2.after u come out of the shower just comb it down as much as u can until its all down- do this every day and eventually ur hair will get used to it and gradually stay down and flat
